Higher Education Act (HEA) of 2008
On July 31 2008, Congress completed reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA) by passing the Higher Education Opportunity Act and the President signed the bill into law on August 14, 2008. The document focuses on requirements regarding student financial aid, accreditation and other issues.
