Higher Education Act (HEA) of 2008

On July 31 2008, Congress completed reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA) by passing the Higher Education Opportunity Act and the President signed the bill into law on August 14, 2008.  The document focuses on requirements regarding student financial aid, accreditation and other issues.   Below is a compilation of documentation that is available via Mount Olive College’s webpage and college catalog in response to a number of requirements of the HEA.  Please note that this is a building effort and the page will be continuously updated with new information.
