Mount Olive College's Heritage Program is the latest in a series of curricula that the College has specifically designed for working adults. The four-semester format provides students, who have little or no college credits, with the core courses needed for associate or bachelor degree programs. Participants attend one four-hour class per week for about 25 months. In addition, students develop their abilities to think, read, write and speak critically and persuasively.
Admission Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Interview with a program representative
Program Format
- 21 courses (64 college credits) modular format with seminar-type class setting
- One four-hour class meeting

To accommodate the busy lifestyle of working adults, each course is presented in sequential order. Books are provided to students the week before each course begins along with the next week's assignments.
