Educational Enrichment Experience
Educational Enrichment Experience (E3) is a continuing program of lectures, worship services, recitals, concerts, and films to provide students and the community with academic, cultural, and religious opportunities beyond the curriculum.
Mount Olive College offers the Educational Enrichment Experiences (E3), like its academic and student life programs, as an expression of its Instructional Purpose: "the development of whole human beings" and the improvement of the "quality" of life. The student life program provides opportunities for spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical development through clubs, teams, and organizations. At various times throughout the year, a series of special events provides additional opportunities for growth and enrichment through lecture, music, drama and art.
The College also considers the development of sound Christian philosophy and character to be the foundation of a well-rounded life. Therefore, a series of chapel programs at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesdays presents a variety of worship experiences designed for spiritual enrichment and enlargement of the concept of worship and its relationship to the world. It is the foremost desire of the College that each student develops a living faith that is based upon personal experience with God through Jesus Christ.
