Mount Olive College Annual Fund
Gifts given to Mount Olive College’s Annual Fund provide resources that are able to be used in the areas “most needed” by the College. The College relies on generous support from the Original Free Will Baptist Church, alumni, parents, businesses and friends to supplement revenue raised through tuition to fund the operating budget. In other words, the annual fund bridges the gap between the price of tuition and the actual cost of educating each student at Mount Olive College.
Gifts to the Mount Olive College Annual Fund go immediately to assisting students. Because these gifts are unrestricted, they are used where needed most. Annual fund donations support scholarships, improving and maintaining facilities, support for faculty and curriculum, technology enhancements and other equipment needs. Monies donated to the annual fund are expended in the same year.
During the 2007-2008 fiscal year nearly $1.77 million was contributed to the Annual Fund by 3220 donors. Every single gift given to Mount Olive College is appreciated and needed!
