Capital Projects
In response to a growing student body and a desire to serve the community-at-large, Mount Olive College has two capital projects underway on the Mount Olive campus.
New Residence Facilities to be completed by summer 2009 (renderings coming soon)
In addition, the College's locations at RTP, Wilmington and Washington are expanding or relocating due to growth and a continuing commitment to quality service to MOC students. Alternatives for enhanced space at the New Bern location are also being explored.
While still in the conceptual stage, a Center for American Studies is being pursued to be located on the Mount Olive campus. This sizable undertaking would include a museum for pre-Columbian artifacts, a geoarchaeology lab, a center for field archeology and classroom space for the social sciences at Mount Olive College.
