Opened in 1984, George and Annie Dail Kornegay Arena is the home for Trojan men's and women's basketball and men's and women's volleyball, as well as the annual indoor soccer tournament and area high school basketball conference championships. Kornegay Arena is also used for non-athletic events, such as commencement and the annual Original Free Will Baptist Convention. Originally called College Hall, it was renamed Kornegay Arena in 2005 after a donation by George Kornegay.

Ray and Chris Amon Field is the home for Trojan men's and women's soccer. Lights were added to the field during the summer of 2007, thanks to a donation by Ray and Chris Amon, for whom the field was renamed. Amon Field was the site of the 2006 and 2007 Conference Carolinas Men's and Women's Soccer Tournaments (semifinals and championship matches).

Built in 1980 and named for MOC Athletics Hall of Famer Ray Scarborough, Scarborough Field is the home for Trojan baseball. The ballpark features lights, a press box and a picnic area. Scarborough Field was the host site for the 2008 NCAA Division II Baseball South Atlantic Regional, marking the first time in school history an NCAA Championship took place on campus. In addition to Trojan baseball, Scarborough Field also plays host to American Legion baseball, as well as junior college and high school conference championships.

Nancy Chapman Cassell Field is the home for the Trojan softball team. The field is named for Nancy Chapman Cassell, sister of Mount Olive professor and former athletics director Dr. Mac Cassell. New dugouts - known as The Best Dugouts - were built in 2004, thanks to a donation by Best Brothers. Lights were added in 2005.

Walker Tennis Center is the home for the Trojan men's and women's tennis teams. The facility has six courts with a hardcourt surface. Walker Tennis Center is also used for area high school matches. It is also available for recreational use by Mount Olive students and employees, as well as the general public. Walker Tennis Center has six lighted courts.

Located in nearby Goldsboro, Lane Tree Golf Course is the official practice course for the Trojan men's and women's golf teams. Lane Tree was also the site of the 2007 MOC Men's and Women's Golf Tournament. The course is open year-round.

The Pope Wellness Center opened in November 2006 and is available for Mount Olive College students and employees. Membership is also available for the local community. The Wellness Center features a workout room with weights and machines, along with a studio for exercise classes and a gym for basketball and volleyball. The Wellness Center also houses the Mount Olive College Athletic Training Department.
